We have an existing problem with ASB with police paying fairly regular visits to the area ... given it is a small area and already there are two bail hostels - concern for not only the real safety of residents but the percieved threat leaves residents afraid. in such a small area to have 2 and thank fully due to the excelent work of the coucellor we may soon only have one where we were going to have 4 !!! ... these residents of the bail hostels have been risk assessed - this is supposed to assure us?? over 66% are deeme high risk and the nature of exclusion orders means they have d;emonstrated they can be violent. durham is a gorgoeus city whose residents feel proud to have good community spirit and knowledge - to introduce a transient population will interfere with that much sought after harmony that only a sense of community and community awareness rings.

Clearsprings are patently understaffed and not following the terms of their contract, as such they should be investigated openly, and fined for breach of contract and terminated.

The owners of Clearsprings the King family are multi millionaires and only in this for the money. They don't care about the local residents or the indeed the 'bailers' just the millions they will make per year by renting cheap and being paid an exorbitant rate by the MOJ
