Plans have been unveiled for a business park on the site of the former Stonebridge Dairy. Will the plans benefit the city or will it create more problems than it solves?

when Waitorse closes in the centre of Durham there will be no choice but to travel to tha Arnison Centre or right across to Tesco at Gilesgate.
